KERRY S. LEPPO - CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
   In April, 2006, Mr. Kerry S. Leppo co-founded KSG Innovations and as
managing partner began to develop the newly acquired product lines for the
marketplace.
   Mr. Leppo had served as a Partner at Briggs Capital, a boutique
Investment Banking firm serving expansion oriented companies. There he
evaluated market opportunities for Briggs retained clients, to developed go
to market strategies and implemented roll-out campaigns for companies
ranging from Fortune 1000 to start-ups. Kerry developed global branding,
web presence and a several selling strategies for companies in a variety of
sectors.
   Before transitioning to Briggs Capital, Mr. Leppo was one of the Founding
Partners of HomeView, the nation's first computerized home search firm.
Mr. Leppo and the HomeView management team successfully raised ten
million dollars from IBM to launch this revolutionary service. In just
eighteen months, HomeView developed into one of the most recognizable
brands in the New England real estate market and became the precursor of
today's Internet-based real estate search engines. The HomeView technology
was then sold to the Prudential Insurance Company.
Prior to HomeView, Mr. Leppo was CEO of Boston-based Abbot, Ames
Advertising, he was instrumental in developing and executing successful
marketing plans and ad campaigns for such global clients as Gillette, Braun
and John Hancock Insurance.
   Mr. Leppo contributes over 27 years of solid business development,
marketing and operations background to KSG. A seasoned executive on
both the agency side and the client side, Mr. Leppo has worked with a vast
array of consumer and business-to-business products and services.
GLENN ASAFF - PRESIDENT - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
   Mr. Glenn Asaff, a Founder and COO of A&J, has thirty years of
experience combining significant line management responsibility with
numerous years of consulting. During the past twenty-four years Mr. Asaff
has been primarily involved in managing manufacturing oriented
operations and in offering engineering consulting services to a select group
of clients.  Mr.Asaff has served as Chief Operating Officer of both Lakefront
Holdings,  Inc. and APS Novastar, LLC. Lakefront Holdings, Inc. is the
holding company for Accu-Dyne, Inc., a precision sheet metal fabricator and
for Apollo Tool & Die, Inc., a precision machining operation. APS Novastar
LLC is a manufacturer of high-tech electronic equipment for companies in
the printed circuit board industry. In these capacities, Mr. Asaff has been
responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the
companies operating plans and cost reduction programs.
   For several years preceding the Lakefront and APS, he was President and
CEO of FullCircle Marketing, LLC. FullCircle created and marketed a series
of technologies and products comprised of computer software applications
that allowed the delivery of advertisements and promotions to end-users
that could be customized, updated, and viewed by the consumer both on
and off line. Concurrently, Mr. Asaff also served as the Chairman of Kestral
Communications, Inc., the largest distributor of full version CD-Rom
software for promotions in North America. Kestral's clients include At&T,
Verizon, and Synapse,Inc (a division of Time, Inc.).
   In addition to the above, Mr. Asaff founded and served as the President of
D-Tec, Inc., a manufacturer of diamond tools which are used in various
heavy manufacturing industries, testing laboratories and for drill bits for the
oil industry. Through D-Tec, Inc., Mr. Asaff also provided engineering
consulting services to clients in various industries. These services included
evaluating and designing proper manufacturing techniques and equipment
for grinding, machining, metal working and electronic fabrication for the
semi-conductor industry. D-Tec, Inc. was sold in 2002.
   Mr. Asaff, born in 1950, is a graduate of Brown University with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Materials and Nuclear Engineering. Mr. Asaff
completed his education at the Harvard Business School, receiving a Master
of Business Administration Degree.
DEREK ASAFF - OPERATIONS MANAGER
   Mr. Derek Asaff has eight years of sales and management experience
which he brings to KSG Innovations as Operations Manager.  Prior to KSG,
Mr. Asaff spent three years working for Washington Mutual Home Loans
as a Sales Associate in charge of IT, Customer Service, and Home Equity
Loans with the number one Loan Consultant in New England.  Before
taking a desk at Washington Mutual, Mr. Asaff worked in the high-paced
business of restaurant management as the Service Manager of Fire+Ice
Restaurant in Boston’s Back Bay and Cambridge’s Harvard Square.
   Mr. Asaff is also currently a full time student finishing the degree he
began at Cornell University working towards his PHD at Harvard.

JIM STANLEY - CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
   Mr. Jim Stanley brings over 30 years of coating and chemical development
experience to KSG.  Beginning with his first job as a lab technician to his
most recent position as Technical Director of Plaid on Line, a $100 Million
plus manufacturer of craft paint, Mr. Stanley has hands-on experience with
every aspect of formulation, manufacturing, plant management,
distribution, regulatory affairs and budgetary issues.  His strong chemistry
background combined with his broad business foundation makes Mr.
Stanley the ideal technical director and partner.
