       Founded in 2006, KSG Innovations was formed in response to the
growing demand for a product that inhibits mold for an extended period of
time.  This need was exemplified in the aftermath of the devastating
Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans and the ensuing mildew infestation that its
floods created.  
        Leading with our flagship mold inhibiting coatings called Endurance
Bio-Barrier,  our mission is to introduce cutting edge coating technologies to
the world.  Endurance Bio-Barrier   coatings are the only products on the
market today that can actually prevent the growth of mold, mildew and the
odors they cause for up to six months. Our other technological innovations
are formulated to prevent and protect against corrosion and graffiti.  KSG
Innovations serves both the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the
wholesale distribution channel.
        KSG Innovations was originally founded as GSK Innovations.  In order
to avoid any confusion with a well-known pharmaceutical company, we
elected to re-enter the market as KSG Innovations Inc.
